Over the years, I’ve worked with different teams and environments, where things were often complex, fast-moving, and not always clearly defined. That naturally pushed me to focus on bringing more structure, creating clarity, and helping people understand what really matters. I enjoy turning scattered ideas into something that makes sense and can actually be delivered.

What I value the most is alignment — getting people on the same page, simplifying how things are done, and removing unnecessary friction. I like working closely with others, discussing ideas, and finding practical ways to move forward without overcomplicating things.
